
Designing Kry’s patient experience and product ecosystem
Kry set out to redefine digital healthcare — moving from a simple “doctor in your phone” service to a more holistic model of you-centered healthcare.
We partnered with Kry to design the patient experience and product infrastructure supporting this shift as the company scaled from a Stockholm startup to a global healthcare platform.
Our work focused on creating a unified design system and experience framework connecting product, service, and brand. By aligning the digital consultation experience, service touchpoints and visual language, we helped establish a consistent and scalable foundation for Kry’s digi-physical healthcare service.
The result was a product and brand ecosystem that supports a more human approach to healthcare — where technology enables care that is accessible, intuitive, and centered around the patient.
